Currently, I am looking to work with solopreneurs or small business owners across a variety of industries including tech, retail, professional services. I thrive on learning about new industries and markets and asking questions to further my own understanding of how I can help you. Whether you need help with managing operations, improving communication, or scaling your processes, I can help advise on solutions that fit your specific needs.
What can I expect from the free discovery call?
During the discovery call, we'll discuss your current systems and processes. I’ll ask questions to understand your challenges, goals, and pain points. It’s an opportunity for me to learn more about you, your business and if we’d make a good match. If you’re engaging in coaching, we’ll focus on personal and professional development and how I can be of help on your journey.
How do I know if I need systems and process consulting?
If you’re experiencing inefficiencies, miscommunication, lack of clarity on roles or responsibilities, those are signs that your business could benefit from better systems and processes. Additionally, if you do not have anything documented on the what, when, who, why and how of your processes, then it’s time to get organized!
Do I need to have a specific problem in mind to work with you?
Not necessarily. If you’re unsure about what needs fixing, we can begin by reviewing your current operations together. Sometimes, clients don’t realize there are inefficiencies or opportunities until we start auditing their systems and processes in detail.
How do you charge for your services?
My standard hourly rate is $90.00 per hour. For coaching engagements, I require a minimum 6 month commitment. We can discuss pricing in more detail during the discovery call to ensure it fits within your budget. The scope and type of engagement will determine the overall final investment.
